Sims Lifecycle Services Recognized for Outstanding Contributions by iMasons
At Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS), innovation, inclusion, and sustainability are more than just values; they are the foundation of our work. This commitment was recently celebrated as two of our team members were honored by Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) for their contributions to the digital infrastructure industry in these areas.
Celebrating Excellence in Leadership and Emerging Talent
Ingrid Sinclair, our global president, received the prestigious 2024 IM100 Award. This honor highlights her exceptional leadership in driving innovation and inclusion at SLS. Under her guidance, programs like Women Leading @ Sims have empowered female leaders across our organization. Moreover, Ingrid has championed groundbreaking circular economy initiatives, setting new standards in sustainable IT asset disposition (ITAD). Her vision continues to position SLS as a leader in operational excellence and sustainability.
In her words, “This recognition reaffirms the commitment of everyone at SLS who puts their passion, creativity, and dedication into bringing innovation to life and shaping a better digital infrastructure landscape.”
In addition, Sophia Runau, one of our talented lifecycle engineering manager, was named a recipient of the Emerging Talent Award. Sophia has made significant strides in advancing sustainability within SLS and our industry. Her leadership on projects like the SLS Sustainability Calculator and Circularity Indicators project provides valuable insights for clients, helping them measure and reduce their environmental footprint. Additionally, her work in establishing an internship program is inspiring a new generation of leaders in sustainable technology.
Driving a Greater Digital Future
These accolades from iMasons underscore the importance of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion in shaping the future of the digital infrastructure industry. Ingrid and Sophia’s achievements reflect the collective dedication of the entire SLS team, reaffirming our mission to build a sustainable and inclusive digital future.
As Ingrid puts it, “Our individual recognitions are a reflection of the strong team we have built at SLS. Together, we are achieving remarkable milestones.”

These recognitions are milestones in our journey to create a more sustainable and inclusive industry, but they are also a call to action. Together, we will continue innovating and leading the way in sustainable ITAD solutions.
